Robert Meyer zu Starten is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Octane Capital, a firm specializing in opportunistic credit and special situations investments. He has a strong background in this niche of finance, having previously been part of the founding team at Renshaw Bay, a UK-based fund manager, where he also focused on opportunistic credit.
Before that, he worked with two major global distressed debt funds: Cerberus Capital Management and Lone Star Funds. His academic background includes a degree in Business Administration from the University of Cologne.
